Cycle touring: climb to La Banne d’Ordanche

The Banne d’Ordanche site is a summer pasture where flocks of sheep graze under the watchful eye of the shepherd and his dogs. The site also welcomes model aircraft enthusiasts.

Altitude at the Banne d’Ordanche parking lot: 1320 m

Route: from the village of Murat-le-Quaire: 6.2 km with 300 m elevation gain
or from La Bourboule tourist office: 7.8 km and 460 m ascent
