Some criteria are imperative: they constitute the minimum required to obtain the pavillon Bleu (except for a justified request for exemption which must be validated by the national jury and approved by the international jury, which is sovereign in this matter). Additional criteria, known as guide criteria, may eventually become imperative.
The Qualité Tourisme™ mark is the only State mark awarded to tourism professionals for the quality of their reception and services.
To obtain the mark, the service provider must successfully follow a quality approach that complies with the essential requirements for your satisfaction. As a guarantee of confidence, the services are regularly subjected to an unannounced and independent inspection. This sign of recognition therefore allows you to choose tourist establishments that offer quality services with complete confidence.
