The Sancy Tourist Office collects reviews directly through its website auvergne-sancy.com. These reviews are recorded using an e-mail address and an IP number corresponding to the machine used to post the review. This information guarantees the origin of the review. The e-mail is not used for any other purpose than submitting the review, nor is it sold to third parties.
Reviews consist of a comment and a rating from 1 to 5. Reviews are displayed on the pages in chronological order from the most recent to the oldest.
A right of reply is exercised by the owners of the activities/accommodations on which the reviews are posted. They have 48 hours to respond to the notice. Their message is displayed under the notice to which they respond.
The reviews are published, at the most, 72 hours after they are submitted by the user, after moderation by the Sancy Tourist Office team. Moderation includes the deletion of offensive, racist or pornographic reviews. The Tourist Office reserves the right to contact the people who have posted an opinion to ask them to modify it or to remove it completely.
