Qualité Tourisme™

The QUALITÉ TOURISME™ brand created by the ministry in charge of French tourism is awarded in recognition of steps taken to continually improve the quality of services offered. It is the only State brand awarded to tourism professionals for the quality of their services and hospitality.
To obtain it, service providers must successfully comply with a quality procedure based on requirements that are essential to customer satisfaction.

The “Qualité Tourisme” label will be discontinued on December 31, 2026, and will be replaced by the “Destination d'excellence” label.

In June 2024, the Sancy Tourist Office was awarded the Qualité Tourisme™ certification for the fourth consecutive year.
