The SANCY TOUR discovery trail in Chastreix with information panels all along the way. Avoid this trail in rainy weather as it can get marshy in places.
Kristel and Rémi, two local characters, are there to guide you and tell you all about the history of the Fontaine Salée corrie and its natural riches, how a Nature Reserve operates, the local historical heritage and the habits and customs of Chastreix. You’ll have a few riddles to solve as you follow them in this protected site.
Please note: This hiking trail is almost entirely within the Chastreix-Sancy Nature Reserve where dogs are prohibited, even if kept on a lead.
