To avoid the queues and save precious skiing time, reserve your lift pass online.
You can either:

purchase a lift pass for delivery to your home (this may take a fortnight or more)
purchase a lift pass to collect at the resort
simply top up your hands-free Sancy card to get direct access to the slopes.

You can use the vending machines to purchase or top up your pass.

In Super-Besse: Cable car station, Tourism Centre, Madalet facility.
In Le Mont-Dore: at the ticket office at the foot of the slopes, Sancy cable car, Chômets car park, Longes car park, Place Charles de Gaulle (next to the post office).

You can also buy lift passes at the lift pass desks where you’ll benefit from personalised advice, as well as other outlets.

In Super-Besse: 6 desks at the cable car station, 3 desks at the Tourism Centre, 1 desk at the ESF ski school, 4 desks at the Madalet facility, 5 desks in the apartment complexes.
In Le Mont-Dore: 6 desks at the ticket office at the foot of the slopes, 2 at the cable car station and 1 in zipline with bends chalet
In Chastreix-Sancy: lift pass desk at the foot of the slopes.
